I asked for a specific style of cup (clear cups to be specific) for my birthday celebration rather than the styrofoam. Received my order and opened the box…I have styrofoam cups. I contacted and communicated what my issue was and asked for my order to be done over, have the pack of stickers sent to me to apply to the clear cups myself THAT I ASKED FOR, or even a refund. I was told “I am unable to redo the order but I can give you $20 back” My order was nearly $100! I responded back reiterating the concern and that was not what I wanted. Received no further reply or direction. I believe I should be compensated more than just $20. I paid money for these cups and she won’t even redo them even though SHE MADE THE MISTAKE. I simply asked for clear cups and she did what she wanted with it and took my money. Never again.
