Please note that submissions through this Custom Order Form are subject to a minimum order quantity of 12 items per product.
Please note that all custom orders requiring design work require a non-refundable $25 design fee. This fee covers the creation of your custom design and mockup. Once your design is completed and approved, you will receive the remaining balance due for production. Production will not begin until the remaining balance has been paid in full.
